Chief Justice Roger B. Taney's[1] "successor's" corruption was not disturbed for nearly a 100+ years, until the Warren Court's Brown v. Board of Education, 347 U.S. 483 (1954). And if you look at our today's imprisonment rates, 170 years after Chief Justice Roger B. Taney and his Civil War, Whites @ 181/100K and Blacks @ 901/100K[2] are provably unjustly and discriminatingly imprisoned differently! M.A.G.A. and the supreme[3] Court would tell you that Blacks are just more lawless and verifiable income disparities, voting rights, D.E.I. be damned.[4] Our Article III Justice department, praised by Trump, M.A.G.A. and G.O.P., wants to wash its hands of the still IMBEDDED racism – imprisonment rates, income disparities, voting rights and D.E.I. be damned.[5]
