Watching a "talking head[1]" on Bloomberg tell me about the INDUSTRY of crypto-currency.  I have heard a lot of noise about Crypto.  I have seen Crypto coins go from ZERO to thousands of dollars in a decade.

Just remember the "Cabbage-Patch-Kids," the "Beanie-Baby" and the "TULIP-BULB[2]" sold like proverbial "hot cakes" for a few weeks, months, years?   But the free market satiated and DEFEATED the demand, the MARKETS CRASHED! 

----

Calling crypto-currency an industry begs the question.  Asserts facts-not-in-evidence.  Where is the industry?  I mean with "Cabbage-Patch-Kids," "Beanie-Baby" and "TULIP-BULB[3]" industries initially you got something of VALUE.  What VALUE is created by the crypto asserted industry?  At best CRYPTO is a Ponzi scheme for the early adopters and a hard to sustain CON for any current eyes-wide-open investment.

Crypto was originally sold as a hedge against the inflation of GOVERNMENT supported fiat currency.  And that looks like a good thing, a new more liquid-gold?  As an obscure fraction of "a coin(?)" it will never be a FIXED asset like GOLD!

If you are holding GOLD, you have something.  If you are holding a mutable fraction of a crypto-coin, you have NOTHING.  To become something, crypto NOW needs the fiat of government support.  Something the original premise of crypto opposed. 

----

Once the NEW wears off, and the demand is satiated, and the day will come, because the supply is NOT limited to A-coin or a-coin-base.  And the massive server farms, unlike gold, required to sustain crypto will consume the surplus by giving the coins away for-free to the farmers/miners, as the churn and demand satiates.

----

That does not even consider the hack-ability of block-chain with quantum computing hacking of the purported un-hackabilty of the "block-chain.

----

It should also be NOTED - as fusion reactors are PERFECTED, possibly off planet for ecological concern, gold supply will be un-fixed with the production of unlimited energy as a BONUS.  Gold will someday have the same issue as tulip bulbs.

I am watching the 1935 version of "Mutiny on the Bounty."  Captain Bligh makes me a-mind-of someone.... His Orders are without reason except for the HATE.....

"Live Updates: Trump Announces 25 Percent Tariffs on Imported Cars-- The measure is intended to bring car factories to the United States but could increase prices for consumers significantly."


Trump will destroy the United States economy rather than admit he knows NOTHING!!  

Somebody told Trump that McKinley used tariffs just before the depression to 100% fund the federal government.  Key thing is tariffs were all McKinley had.  The 16th Amendment and the Federal Income Tax was the fix for this funding issue.  Trump thinks he can go back to tariffs, the raison d'etre for the income tax, to now ELMINATE the income tax....  IDIOCY of tit for tat tariffs!!!!!!!!!! 

And the unrepresentative Senate, Electoral College and "the despotism of an oligarchy" on the Supreme Court will have a hand in the CORRUPTION.

Progressives are STILL too INFATUATED

with the Warren Court.



Yes, the Warren court was progressive.  But what Progressives fail to realize is that every issue that the Warren Court attempted to fix, was the direct result of a prior DESPOTIC judge-made-law of an UNCONSTITUTIONAL Supreme Court.  "The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots."[1]

A plain reading of the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments with their enforcement acts[2] and you ask how we got 150 years of racial inequality?  Look at the judge-made-law in Scott[3] Bradely[4], Blyew[5], Cruikshank[6], Plessy[7], Lochner[8], Mapp[9], Pierson[10], Bivens[11], Imbler[12], Briscoe[13] REDEFINING "any person under color of law" and you can see the corruption.  Thomas Jefferson saw the CORRUPTION coming in 1820:

"You seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men, and not more so.[14] They have, with others, the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps.... Their power [is] the more dangerous as they are in office for life, and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots."(Thomas Jefferson 9/28/1820, in writing to Mr. JARVIS, from Monticello - bolding/underlining added)

The Issue with Trump is not about Trump.  The issue with Trump is the corruption of Due Process created by the judge-made-law of the Supreme Court, delay, delay, delay…. his out of office prosecution.  And then the unconstitutional judge-made-law grant of absolute-immunity from the constitution.  

The corruption of the Constitution for the United States has been perpetrated by a 236 years scam of an unconstitutional Supreme Court's judge-made-law reinterpreting and diabolically limiting "any person under color of law."  It is INSANITY!!!

We do not need a constitutional amendment.

The forefathers probably assumed that the corrupt unrepresentative Senate and corrupt unrepresentative Electoral College Presidency would assure "We the People" would never be subject to an unelected appointed for life "despotism of an oligarchy" because the "Constitution has erected no such single tribunal.  

But it was not a complete assumption, because the Founding Fathers did leave us Article III, Section 2, Clause 2 of the Constitution for the United States, "In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make."  And congress with a simple act of congress signed by a president can EXCLUDE any and all use of a corrupt oligarchy's stare decisis judge-made-law.

is laughable🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.  Because as you, Trump, Thomas Jefferson and I know "impeachment is scarcely a scare-crow."[3]  And the only thing less scary is your "due process" that can take years within the deep state and then with your suggestion of the "appellate review process" decades after that.  But that is only for those that can EVEN afford the deep state protection like Trump[4] and the upper 1%. 

Your deep state "due process" and "appellate review process" can willfully tear fathers out of families[5] and imprison John Doe, Jim Crow and Jane Crow[6] citizen at four times the rate of anybody in the rest of the civilized world.  Your recent Loper[7] ruling dishonestly empowers your self-serving politically appoint for life despotic oligarchy to rule over the duly-elected Congress and the Executive:

I have been fighting you, with my free-speech alone for 21years.  You held me in jail for 411 days before conceding that you could not charge me.  

Everybody has absolutely-immunity for the deprivation of rights except "We the People," the VICTIMS of the deprivations.  "We the People" have to find some way to survive without family, without property, without the pursuit of happiness.  The Declaration of Independence has been damned by YOU!!

Without any civil redress for the deprivation constitutional rights, RIGHTS are unenforceable and worth ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL!!! 

Any issue with Trump is not about Trump.  It is ALL ABOUT [10] YOU.  You are the Chief Justice of the appointed for life corrupt UNCONSTITUTIONAL despotic oligarchy that empowers the DEEP STATE'S corruption of We the People's Constitution for the United States.  You are the ones that delayed and delayed and then handed him ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY for life.[11]

SHOW me where in the 4,000 words of the U.S. Constitution judge-made-law with stare decisis attached is authorized?
