How come a truck driver or an emergency room nurse has more liability than a police officer, prosecutor or judge?

We the People, Citizens of the United States no longer have rights. Judge-made-law says EVERYBODY has immunity for the deprivation of rights but the victim of the deprivation.

Without “strict liability” for constitutional civil rights they are not EVEN a “parchment guarantee.”  

I realize you are on vacation, but your liability, just like a truck driver’s or an emergency room nurse’s does not take a vacation:

Dear Judge,

 

I am a card carrying, draft avoiding, conscientious Vietnam War objecting, random sequence #006, Pacifist that has never owned or had a need to own a gun. 

You, and your ilk, take yourselves entirely tooooo seriously, with your asserted need for “absolute immunity.”  Judges do not make decisions on issues in dispute, except in specific cases when the “the parties” mutually request it and you freely agree to it.  Diffuse the issue, juries make decisions, do not escalate it with bravado and an unconstitutional need for absolute immunity.

Any assertion, request or grant of immunity from the RULE of LAW , 23-939 Trump v. United States (07/01/2024), is antithetical and diametrically opposed to responsible democratic-republican  Constitutional government!

Judges at best and at worst over see the fair due process of law, allowing and disallowing the presentation of credible factual evidence outside of the direct testimony of the parties.  I have the right to testify in a criminal trial that “pigs can fly ”.  Judges have the right and responsibility to assess the clear credibly of my evidence “pigs can fly” outside of my testimony before it is presented to the jury. 

Any assertion of the potential for vexatious action or continual calumniations as result of the judicial decision cannot be allowed to defeat constitutionally assured due process rights.  That is life, in a free constitutional society.  They have to be dealt with as expeditiously as possible.

The Constitutional, random selection, of “local juries” decides issues in dispute in this country!

Dear People,

 

The ISSUE in the United States today is AND has been "judge-made-law."  Article III "judicial power" in the United States today is and has ALWAYS been limited by an adversarial due process of law and the concurrence of a unique incident specific jury of peers as premised by the Magna Carta 1215 - Magna Carta's Clause 39 - "No free man is to be arrested, or imprisoned, or disseised, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any other way ruined, nor will we go against him or send against him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land" i.e., the Amended Constitution for the United States 2026.

Thomas Jefferson's oft repeated declarations said it first and BEST:

"It has long been my opinion, and I have never shrunk from its expression,… that the germ of dissolution of our Federal Government is in the constitution of the Federal Judiciary–an irresponsible body (for impeachment is scarcely a scare-crow), working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction[1] until all shall be usurped from the States and the government be consolidated into one. To this I am opposed." — Jefferson letter to Charles Hammond, 1821 – footnote of course added.

"(Y)you seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. To this day nowhere in the 4,000 +/- words of the original United States's Constitution of 1789 or the amended United States's of TODAY, is judge-made-law called for or authorized. 

It is a FICTION!

The CORRUPT DESPOTIC CONSPIRATIVE UNCONSTITUTIONAL Oligarchy's worst specific manifestation is immunity from the RULE of LAW[2], 23-939 Trump v. United States (07/01/2024), is antithetical and diametrically opposed to any and all democratic-representative CONSTITUTIONAL government!

Why would you even waste the "parchment" to write it down and then give immunity from it to any elected president or a would be king?

Trump is a PROVEN liar, a PROVEN racist, a PROVEN fraud, a PROVEN rapist, a PROVEN murder, a PROVEN war criminal, a PROVEN kidnapper, a PROVEN insurrectionist, a SIX TIME self-confessed multi-million dollar bankrupt!!!!  And he truly believes he is going to get away with EVERYTHING.

[1] The U.S. Supreme Court overturned the 40-year-old Chevron doctrine in a 6-3 decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo on June 28, 2024.  The fascist corrupt despotic oligarchy never ending process of law now has jurisdiction over EVERYTHING!!  And ANYTHING!!

[2] Thomas Paine "Common Sense 1776" said it first and BEST, in the United STATES, "the law is king. For as in absolute governments the King is law, so in free countries the law ought to be king; and there ought to be no other. But lest any ill use should afterwards arise, let the Crown at the conclusion of the ceremony be demolished, and scattered among the people whose right it is."
