Trump Says He Is Firing a deep-state Fed Governor

 

Trump says he is firing Fed Governor Cook for cause.  But he cannot allow Constitutional Due Process of Law to take its course.  Trump asserts he can do that with his and Chief Justice John G. Roberts', NO-where included in the Constitution, "judge-made-law[1]" i.e., the "unitary executive theory."

 

Trump and his very own "deepest of deep state" enabler, Chief Justice John G. Robert are pushing aside one of the Constitution's primary assertion's "to establish Justice" with Fed Governor Cook and with immigration (ICE) across the country with armed masked men. 

 

Why?  Trump is not smart enough to know the precursors or actual ramification of his assertion.  But Trump KNOWS how to project the "deep-state" to use our FAILED Article III Justice System.  Our FAILED Article III Justice System has, since the Civil War, been self-servingly convicting citizens, at FOUR times the rate of the civilized world, UN-Constitutionally asserting race[2] and poverty as incriminating unassailable factors.

 

Trump as a, from birth[3], rich kid, tax evader, criminal fraud, and rapist KNOWS you can abuse our FAILED Article III Justice System to argue minutiae - ad infinitum, if you have the money or the fanaticism. Trump has defeated any and all attempts "to establish Justice" for 70+ years.

 

Trump does not mention and would DENIES his misuse of our FAILED Article III Justice System and projects the very same abuse on the "other" he calls the "deep state."

 

Trump projects, if you do not give him the unfettered right to arrest you are going to lose to a wave of VIOLENT IMMIGRANTS and DEEP STATER like Cook to screw up economy.  Trump asserts the "other" he projects the "deep state" can get anyone off and will if they oppose Trump. 

 

Trump knows that with CASH or with what Trump disparagingly calls the "deep state" legal profession you can argue minutiae ad infinitum and defeat any and all attempts "to establish Justice."   But if you are a working class M.A.G.A. stiff your only right is to take a what is offered as a plea deal.  You can not afford Trump's deep-state lawyes to to argue minutiae - ad infinitum

"From a MAGA perspective, the "deep state" refers to a purported clandestine network of career government officials and their allies in media and finance who secretly work to manipulate or control government policy. Does that sound like unelected, appointed for life government officials, who make and enforce their opinions?  The deepest, of the "deep state" today is a want-to-be Supreme[1] Court making judge-made-law in any or all cases without the free consent of all parties or a specific trial criminal^[2] or civil^[3] jury verdict.

 

The Constitution for the United States defines how to make a law in Article I & II.  Show me where in the amended Constitution for the United States (7,500-8,500 words) "judge-made-law" is provided for or authorized?^[4]

 

We the People need a "supreme Court" among the many "inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.[5]"  We the People in our Constitution limit EVERY Court's authority with free consent of all parties or a Jury trial verdict, criminal[6] and civil[7].

 

We the People need learned men, just like Plato suggested as "Philosopher Kings" in The Republic 375 BC.  We the People need Judges that have studied "the law" and "judicial precedent.  We the People need the possibility of an appealable directed verdict.  A directed verdict is a ruling by a trial judge in a jury trial that instructs the jury to return a specific verdict because one party has failed to present sufficient evidence to support its case, or the evidence overwhelmingly supports only one conclusion.

 

I mean if Donald Trump shot someone on 5^th Avenue in M.A.G.A, land without probable cause, as witnessed by numerous sworn testimonies at trial.  We need the appealable possibility of a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) in civil cases, or a judgment of acquittal in criminal cases. 

 

But any assertion of "absolute immunity before the fact or after the fact is antithetical to the raison d'etre for a constitution.  As Trump's "deepest, of the "deep state's" enablers" have attempted with stare decisis attached.

 

"Judge-made-law," like its recent example the "unitary executive theory," are mere illusions of A judge's fantasy.  Precedent from a prior case, can be presented as an opinion to consider, but not as a BINDING AUTHORITY from stare decisis.  That kind of corruption got us 100+ years of racial discrimination with the Declaration of Independence's assertion "all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness", XII, XIV, XV Amendments and their INCLUDED "Enforcement Acts"

 

Trump ever day projects the evil of the deep-state on others and benefits from his UN-Constitutional "deepest, of the "deep state's" enablers" handing him the election in 2024 with 23-939 Trump v.
