Impeachment is not a legal issue. Impeachment is a political reputational issue!!!! Impeachment is at the political discretion of the majority. Constitutional “due process” rules do not apply. The “statute of limitation,” “double jeopardy,” and/or strict rules of evidence/testimony do not apply. We the People have a right and a duty to hold our trusted representatives to a higher standard of integrity… beyond reproach. Before Trump we never had an issue.
I see 22+ issues for impeachment that including each of 30,000+ lies as documented by the Washington Post[1] in his first term, his many TAX FRAUD violations from the cradle[2] to the present, his disreputable bankruptcies and his disreputable legal payoffs of his many issues of fraud, including his namesake foundation and university.

Trump lives off of distractions. The Epstein Files would not go away. Trump’s war with Venezuela did not distract long enough. Trump started the war with Iran to distract. The war with Iran will not go away, he forced RFK Jr. to put his impeachable unscientific vaccine issues front and center. RFK Jr. vaccine issues do not distract enough. Trump restarts his impeachable tariff war with Canada to distract. Renaming Lake Ontario DISTRACTION!!!
Impeachment and removal is purely political, there are NO legal NICETIES. We need to put the Senators reputationally on the RECORD politically accountable for all the issues as ITEMS of impeachment. Politically there can be no tolerance for the “wink and nod, old boy’s school” approval.
Trump has been using the proverbial niceties, minutia of the legal system, for decades to escape prosecution. All the niceties of the legal system he has been exploiting with his Daddy’s money do not help with political impeachment!
We the People need to reassure Trump nothing has politically gone away! Politicians have to be held to a higher standard via impeachment. There is no statute of limitations on impeachment issues. There is no double-jeopardy protection for impeachment. Impeachment issues are limited by the majority consensus of the House of Representatives alone. I see 22+ reasons for impeachment, removal, prosecution, and political incarceration[3]as a starting point!! We need to make an example of Trump for history’s sake.
Any assertion, request or grant of immunity from the RULE of LAW[4], 23-939 Trump v. United States (07/01/2024), is antithetical and diametrically opposed (i.e., unconstitutional) to responsible democratic-republican[5] Constitutional government![6]

Assassination, death by natural cause, the 25th Amendment, term limits.. for history’s sakes will not do:

6. Trump will be impeached for his attempt to extort a Biden/Obama investigation out of Ukraine.
7. Trump will be impeached for his failure to fight COVID, claiming it will all be over in days, weeks.
8. Trump will be impeached for his portion of the Trump-COVID-Biden inflation.
9. Trump will be impeached for his pedophilia with his Miss U.S.A. pageants.
10. Trump will be impeached for his his references in the unredacted Epstein Files
11. Trump will be impeached for his repeated use of TARIFFS even after the Supreme Court told him NO!
