"Rare Earth" minerals are RARE because they do not accumulate geologically in veins or deposits as more common more accessible minerals do.  The cost to extract "Rare Earth" minerals is what makes them expensive and RARE.  

To FORCE Ukraine to sign a deal for "Rare Earth" minerals is ridiculous.  Ukraine is going to be in recovery from the Russian aggression for years if not decades.  To ask them to create a "Rare Earth"  minerals INDUSTRY is a bridge too far for a country struggling to feed and re-house itself after unwarranted Russian aggression.  

Trump's demand for a "Rare Earth" minerals agreement is ALL FOR SHOW like most things Trump does.  Trump wants to give Russia a win, while merely symbolically covering his own ass with an impossible demand from Ukraine..  

Ukraine has no more "Rare Earth" minerals than Illinois, Nevada or etc.  Add to that Ukraine has no infra-structure after Russia unwarranted WAR of aggression.  Ukraine has no capacity to provide "Rare Earth" minerals. 

Trump GROW UP!!!!  You can not deal your way out of your CORRUPT support for Putin!!! 

Putin AND Russia OIL needs to pay the cost to rebuild Ukraine!!
