I speak ENGLISH! I write with the English Language and in the UNITED STATES I make no excuse for it!
I have spent the morning refreshing my screen on your website, tracking my package ID#:523062907220. The delivery was schedule for between 10:40am and 2:30pn CDT, St. Louis Missoouri. The delivery person on the website was referenced as “Jason.”
All of the records for this package asserted, and I quote “Signature required - If no one will be available to sign for this shipment, you can sign for it in advance and we can deliver it as scheduled.”
Your website requested a digital signature; I never provided anything!
The delivery tracking on the “local map” was never available! If I had seen it on the “local map”, I might have made and effort to be at the Building’s front door.
For all your fancy online BS, it only works when you use it!
I refreshed around 12:40PM and the website showed the package DELIVERED.
You had my delivery address: David Jeep, 1531 Pine St, Apt 512, SAINT LOUIS, MO US (know you had my 63103 zip code too, although you do not reference it)
You had my personal building directory code access number 026. I assume you had my direct line phone number 314-514-5228, you had texted me several times in the last 24 hours. I actually heard nothing from YOU other lying texts!!!!! Your delivery person, Jason,” if he got in the building, got in the secure building using a stolen code or tailgating, I have to assume. My personal building directory code access number 026 never wrang! My VERY LOUD electronic apartment doorbell never wrang.

I got nothing but BS!
With your slipshod services, I bet you get 100s if not 1,000s of complaints every day. I had my weekend planned out, utilizing my purchase. That is all shot-to-hell now because of your slipshod service.
Furthermore, I am fully aware that your local delivery persons do not like delivering to large apartment buildings (150 apartments, 14 story elevator equipped building). But for you as shipper it is often cheaper, one stop several deliveries, one walk from the curb to the address, add not 50yds to the apartment from the elevator. Verses 5-10 miles in the truck between / searching for the address and then the walk form the curb to the address between non-apartment-building deliveries.
I am going to SUE you for LYING!!!!!!! And if Trump can sue himself for $10 billion, I am going to sue you for $20 billion!!!!
