Too many people believe A.I. wil be a benign benefit!!! Too many people TODAY are naively enabling Artificial Intelligence as if it is a proverbial panacea for the beacon of truth. Anything created by humanity will include human fallibility and have human political bias.
Don’t kid yourself, while all the billionaires selling A.I. say it will be unbiased. They know better, they are lying!!!! 160 years ago we gave our Article III supreme[1] Court a military mandate that cost 600,000+ lives to reestablish our Declaration of Independence[2] without racial bias via the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments[3].
Judges were always posited as learned unbiased and appointed for life with no risk to their support, to assert - a proverbial panacea for the beacon of truth.
But today after 160 years of abject Jim Crow failure, the UN-CONSTITUTIONAL judge-made-law says we do not need D.E.I.[4]
Why?
Because a spoiled rich not very bright white girl did not get into the University of Texas at Austin and a poor unexceptional black did (Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin, 579 U.S. ___ (2016).

Today 160 years after a Civil War to live up to our Declaration of Independence it is still about racial and gender injustice. Today the fascist United States imprisons Whites @ 181/100K and Blacks @ 901/100K[7] provably unjustly and discriminatingly racial bias!
