To all the talking-head litigators[1] out there, the country does not need another slick ambulance chasing or even a voting-rights-chasing law firm.  Voting rights, while essential, are next to NOTHING against the entrenched despotism of an appointed for life oligarchy!

Thomas Jefferson in 1820 confirmed the proverbial caveperson’s issue, the founding father’s issue and our issue TODAY with the dictates of any unrepresentative DESPOTIC dictatorial oligarchy:

If you truly want to be RELEVANT take on the last clause of the First Amendment with the unfettered 7th Amendment:

In today’s “Trumpian” world, we need 1st and 7th Amendment Judge-chasing, Police-chasing, President/executive-chasing lawyers.  We need local juries to decide the issues not detached ivory-tower, want-to-be unconstitutional Supreme[3] judges.

The King’s protection of “sovereign immunity” is, was and had been “a BIG thing" in the revolutionary era.  The FOUNDERS wanted to preclude its use in the future of their new United States. 

Yet with the use of unrepresentative, undemocratic judge-made-law’s ubiquitous[4] grant of “absolute immunity” it has grown beyond anything the Founder’s had feared about the King’s sovereign immunity.

It took two men and boy to get Ida B. Wells off the train!  Ida B. Wells got a judgement of $500 (~$17,498 in 2024) of her local peers in 1884.  That was 71 years before Rosa Parks staged, for the camera’s refusal to give up her seat. 

Judge-made-law unconstitutionally shot them both down!!  And since then, We the People have lived with the entrenched racial discrimination on “Jim Crow” leading into “Jane Crow” unconstitutionally over John Marshal Harland’s dissent in Plessy.

I fully support James Comey, Letitia James, John Bolton, Myself,[5] others to come, and Donald Trump in our pursuit of 1st and 7th Amendment Constitutional Justice.

James Comey, Letitia James, John Bolton, Myself,[6] and others to come - all have viable rights to defend against sovereignty of the King’s “absolute immunity. 

I support Donald Trump’s[7] right to 1st and 7th Amendment Constitutional Justice, because to do so, he has to relinquish his unconstitutional use of “absolute immunity” admit Jack Smith’s detailed prosecution into evidence and then disprove it with OVERWHELMING evidence to a civil jury’s “preponderance of the evidence” majority (9 of 12) and not a criminal jury’s “beyond a shadow of a doubt” (12 of 12).  

I predict Trump and his sycophantic lawyers will be revealed, as the corrupt and incompetent pretenders they ARE!   

Men are disfavored by U.S. domestic relation law!!!

I hope someday we make Judge-chasing, Police-chasing every bit as viable as any want-to-be ambulance chasing today!!!!
