The U.S. Constitution's Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments guarantee due process to all persons within U.S. borders, including undocumented immigrants.
ICE, acting under presidential authority, is TERRORIZING persons unconstitutionally by depriving persons of their 5th and 14th Amendment rights to We the People's civilized Constitutional Due Process RIGHTS!
Both the President and his coconspirators I.C.E. are criminally (TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242) and civilly (TITLE 42, U.S.C., SECTION 1985) liable for the deprivation of constitutional rights!
And yes both 5th and 14th Amendments afford ANY person the civilized constitutional right to due process of law. Due process in a civilized country is afforded all persons!!!
