There is NO accounting problem. U.S. Customer Service collected the tariffs. U.S. Customer Service handed the money over to the Treasury.
The Treasury hands it back to the U.S. Customer Service. The U.S. Customer Service hands it back to their accounting of their receipts.
It is PERFECTLY clear! Confused ONLY by Trump's FRAUDULENT assertions, that someone other than those who paid them paid them.
