I am suing my Government, the United States Government for the protection of the law.
It has been a 20+ year in the Jane Crow era. Jane Crow Discrimination = Fathers are disfavored by domestic relations law in the United States!
I am suing my Government as provided by the Founding Fathers with the last clause of the First Amendment reads:
"Congress shall make no law respecting… the right of the people… to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.[1]"
With a valid "Jane Crow" issue for redress, the last clause of the First Amendment makes any assertion of IMMUNITY unconstitutional.
The Constitution for the United States, in its original 1789 version and as now amended, is very explicit how laws are to be made and enforced in Article I & II.
Analogously, all power and authority for the Article III "judicial Power" is strictly limited by the concurrence of an instant local jury of equals/peers[2].
Judge-made-law with stare decisis attached is a FICTION!
