The ISSUE in the United States today is AND has been "judge-made-law." Article III "judicial power" in the United States today is and has ALWAYS been limited by an adversarial due process of law and the concurrence of a unique incident specific jury of peers as premised by the Magna Carta 1215 - Magna Carta's Clause 39 - "No free man is to be arrested, or imprisoned, or disseised, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any other way ruined, nor will we go against him or send against him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land" i.e., the Amended Constitution for the United States 2026.
Thomas Jefferson's oft repeated declarations said it first and BEST:
"It has long been my opinion, and I have never shrunk from its expression,… that the germ of dissolution of our Federal Government is in the constitution of the Federal Judiciary–an irresponsible body (for impeachment is scarcely a scare-crow), working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction[1] until all shall be usurped from the States and the government be consolidated into one. It is a FICTION!
The CORRUPT DESPOTIC CONSPIRATIVE UNCONSTITUTIONAL Oligarchy's worst specific manifestation is immunity from the RULE of LAW[2], 23-939 Trump v. United States (07/01/2024), is antithetical and diametrically opposed to any and all democratic-representative CONSTITUTIONAL government!
Why would you even waste the "parchment" to write it down and then give immunity from it to any elected president or a would be king?

[1] The U.S. Supreme Court overturned the 40-year-old Chevron doctrine in a 6-3 decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo on June 28, 2024. The fascist corrupt despotic oligarchy never ending process of law now has jurisdiction over EVERYTHING!! And ANYTHING!!
[2] Thomas Paine "Common Sense 1776" said it first and BEST, in the United STATES, "the law is king. For as in absolute governments the King is law, so in free countries the law ought to be king; and there ought to be no other.
