Trump is a DESPICABLE person without common decency. His comment on Robert Mueller's death is typical. Robert Mueller was a TRUE United States HERO! He was a hero and got wounded in two separate incidents in the Vietnam War. He went back to serve out his term of Military service. He worked as Federal Prosecutor, as the longest serving modern FBI Director and as a Special Prosecutor in the Trump Russia investigation.
And while Mueller never CLEARED Trump, given the limitations of his appointment[1] he did not prosecute saying:

[1] The Department of Justice (DOJ) maintains a long-standing policy, based on Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) memos from 1973 and 2000, that a sitting president cannot be prosecuted or indicted. This policy posits that criminal proceedings would unconstitutionally interfere with the executive branch's ability to perform its duties.
