We the People have no ENFORCEABLE Inalienable Constitutional Rights.

The last clause of the First Amendment was included to enforce Constitutional Rights i.e., “Congress shall make no law respecting…., or abridging… the right of the people… to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

A sensible reading would understand that “the right of the people… to petition the Government for a redress of grievances” excludes harassment and any and all assertion of “absolute immunity”.

We the People have no Constitutionally inalienable rights guaranteed. We the People are victims of “fraud on the court by an officer of the court” a.k.a. the supreme^{^[1]} Court.

We the People imprison ourselves in a corrupt judicial system at 5 times the rate of the greater civilized world. Now, if you are wealthy and can pay, you can get an acquittal on a technicality or at worst an endless delay on an appeal of a petty detail. The fascist United States imprisons not wealthy people at 5 times (541/100K^{^[2]}) the rate of the greater developed world’s not wealthy (111/100K^{^[3]}). The fascist United States’s corrupt judicial imprisonment issue started out strictly as a racial issue with Jim Crow. Today 170 years after a Civil War to live up to our Declaration of Independence it is still about corrupt judicial financial, racial and sexual injustice. Today the fascist United States imprisons its citizens at 541/100K^{^[4]}, that is 220th out of 224 greater developed Countries. Within that number the fascist United States imprisons Whites @ 181/100K, Blacks @ 901/100K,^{^[5]} and Females @ 39/100K^{^[6]} provably unjustly and discriminatingly! Trump, M.A.G.A. and the "unconstitutional Supreme^{^[7]} oligarchy" would tell you that Blacks, especially Black males, are just more lawless, voting rights, economic inequality, and D.E.I. be damned.^{^[8]}

“Jim Crow” equals “Jane Crow” in the United States – the totally unacknowledged imprisonment rates in the United States for Men @ 502/100K^{^[9]} and Females @ 39/100K^{^[10]}. Men are imprisoned at 13 times the rate of Females.

The fact that the imprisonment rate of Males v. Females is so subtly acknowledged, and enormous at the same time, represents the corrupt reasoning that sanctions Jane Crow Discrimination = Fathers are disfavored by domestic relations law in the United States!”

Everybody has “absolute immunity” for the deprivation of rights but the victim of the deprivation of rights.

The last clause of the First Amendment held fast, for almost 100 years, through the Civil War (1861-1865). And then TWO unforeseen UNCONSTITUTIONAL “Jim Crow”^{^[11]} judge-made-laws within 7 years:

And the fascist corrupt despotic conspirative unconstitutional oligarchy have since been handing out “immunity” like “trick or treat candy” to virtually anyone that asked. The unconstitutional Supreme^{^[13]} oligarchy’s “judge-made-law” a.k.a. “Jim Crow”^{^[14]} sophistry ^{^[15]} tells us STILL today, “We the People” sub silentio^{^[16]} traded the “King can do no WRONG” for the “ABSOLUTELY IMMUNE” actions of the “malicious or corrupt” judges,^{^[17]} the “malicious or dishonest” prosecutor ^{^[18]}, the “knowingly false testimony by police officers"^{^[19]}, the malicious, corrupt, dishonest, sincerely ignorant, conscientiously stupid actions of “all persons (spouses) -- governmental or otherwise -- who were integral parts of the judicial process,”^{^[20]} the actions of federal, state, local, and regional legislators ^{^[21]} and now PRESIDENTS^{^[22]} acting under color of law to render absolute corruption of inalienable constitutional rights. We the People have no enforceable constitutional civil rights and fascistly imprison ourselves at 4-5 times the rate of the greater civilized world.

If anybody lied half as much as Trump, they would be stone cold broke or in jail. But the supreme^{^[23]} Court’s current corrupt justice system has blindly defended him for a fee since his childhood that none but the super-rich can pay and awarded him “absolute immunity” to elect him to the Presidency, to now keep him out of jail.
