American Exceptionalism

Pat, I am OK.  You are OK.

American Exceptionalism

American Exceptionalism at its inception was ignominiously based on the genocide of the indigenous people.  And while the indigenous people were at times open to civilized treaties, the United States invariably, ignominiously and self-servingly violated[1] them.

American Exceptionalism of the new world at its inception was based on representative democracy as opposed to the hereditary monarchies of the old world.

United States Exceptionalism since the revolution has been based on the unconstrained capitalistic-consumption of the world’s last undeveloped, natural-resource-laden, fertile-crescent-like continent on the planet at the expense of the indigenous and American exceptionalism’s representative democracy.

United States Exceptionalism has morphed from its inception in American Exceptionalism as a representative democracy into an unconstitutional want-to-be Supreme[2] dark-money’s[3] despotic oligarchy[4].  The dark-money’s fake-news has slurred the democratic socialist movement from the old world, by associating it with Stalinism, Maoism and Orwellian Communism.

The old world’s developed representative democracies have civilized their free-market capitalist with democratic socialism.  The old world’s democratic socialism has virtually nothing to do with Stalinism, Maoism and/or Orwellian Communism.

Ronald Reagan’s (EMTALA) universal emergency room for-profit immigrant-friendly healthcare is an unmitigated complete failure.  And while Obamacare’s federalized marketplace with subsidizes is better, its ingrained for-profit reliance is forever inflationary.  The old world’s universal socialized healthcare does not cost it pays.  Universal socialized healthcare has 30-50 years history and cost 1/3 as much, reduces infant mortality by 30% and adds 2-3 years to the average life span.

The old world’s democratic socialism has been magnificently providing free daycare through free college and a planet sensitive green power plan for decades!

We the People of the United States will open our eyes to learn from the old world’s democratic socialism.  Once we overcome the unconstitutional want-to-be Supreme[5] dark-money’s[6] despotic oligarchy[7].

[2] Article III of the Constitution for the United States posits "The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish (bolding added)."  The Constitution for the United States posits one supreme Court among the many inferior Courts, NOT a Supreme Court outside the many Courts.  The grammar of the capitalization is important for and an accurate interpretation.  Additionally, the "judicial Power" in the Constitution for the United States is ABSOLUTELY constrained by the use of a trial-specific-local-jury as originally REQUIRED 1215 - Magna Carta's Clause 39 - "No free man is to be arrested, or imprisoned, or disseised, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any other way ruined, nor will we go against him or send against him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land" and as incorporated in the in our Constitution for the United states Article II Section 2.3 criminal issues and the VII Amendment for civil Issues.  The concept of judge-made-law is abhorrent to the Article I and Article II inherent authority!

[4] "(Y)you seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men, and not more so. They have, with others, the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps.... Their power [is] the more dangerous as they are in office for life, and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots."
