The King’s protection of “sovereign immunity” is, was and had been “a BIG thing" in the revolutionary era. The FOUNDERS wanted to preclude its use in the future of their new United States.

Yet with the use of unrepresentative, undemocratic judge-made-law’s ubiquitous[4] grant of “absolute immunity” it has grown beyond anything the Founder’s had feared about the King’s sovereign immunity.

Trump Wants to Give Himself a Payoff For ALLEGED False Prosecution

Let Trump sue for FALSE PROSECUTION in a 7^th Amendment court of law. By suing he is asking to submit to the prosecution, his deep state gave him a pass on to get him elected.

Trump clearly thinks this is just another BOGUS claim, he can make some press with.

Trump will soon find out; he will need to submit to Jack Smith's January 6^th and the Florida document case unrestricted prosecution. He by suing is asking for it, WITHOUT the BENEFIT of immunity. In a civil suit he has to prove his case of malicious or false prosecution. All the state has to do is reasonable probable cause with just majority of the jury, nothing like the UNAMIOUS jury in a criminal trial.

Trump's deep state on the supreme Court will not be able to do a thing for him! He is asking for this prosecution!

He needs to DEFEND himself against the charges that the UNCONSTITUTIONAL judge-made-law gave him absolute immunity for 23-939 Trump v. United States 07/01/2024.

How can anyone have absolute immunity from the constitution? Why would anybody, much less the founding fathers, have wrote a supreme law of the land and then give a would-be King ABSOLUTE immunity from it and the laws legally enacted by it

I have been at this for 20 years. I spent 411 days in jail. My life was DESTROYED by a "fraud on the court by an officer of the court," i.e., a FALSE PROSECUTION. I have had the evidence of false prosecution for 20 ears. I have been through the Federal District, Federal Circuit, and then to the supreme[1] Court EIGHT times, i.e., DGJeep v.
