Please note that I made two motions to correct typographical errors in my pleadings to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri before they finalized the case. I am assuming that they are part of the case that has now been forwarded to the court of appeals as 12-2435. If this not be the case, please let me know and I will forward a revised copy to the United States Court of Appeals for The Eighth Circuit. I note that one of these motions affects the “caption” for this issue.
I am herewith including a Motion and Affidavit for Permission, to Appeal In Forma Pauperis dated Tuesday June 19, 2012 for your consideration.
We hold a “4-Year-Old Can Be Sued.[1]” We can bail out the automakers to the tune of $75-$120+ billion[2]. We can spend $1.3 trillions and rising on an attempt at nation building in Iraq and Afghanistan.[3] We can make-work to stimulate the economy with $787 billion.[4] We can bail out the Banks to the tune of $2.5 Trillion[5]. But we cannot AFFORD to even consider the possibility of negligence, malice and corruption of “our chief justice (judges), our officials (prosecutors), or any of our servants (law enforcement)”[6] and compensate the victims?
That is
INSANITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
