of consent based on “Rule 40 - 2.08. Assignments of Actions and
Matters., (A) Assignment of Civil Actions.”
I hereby REFUSE to consent to “a
magistrate judge.”
I am making an official request for an
Article III “district judge.”
Again just to be
clear, I do no concede to the assignment of a magistrate judge to the matter Jeep v. Government of the United States ,
et al No. 4:13-cv-02490.
