I realize you need ABSOLUTE immunity to put your pants on the morning in that you are totally INCOMPETENT. This is the SECOND time the clerks office as attempted to DEADBEAT DOGE my issues in this humble petition for a writ of certiorari, see #70121010000144212589 First-Class Mail® Delivered October 02, 2012, 10:51 am, WASHINGTON, DC 20543 Certified Mail™. And now documented Certified Mail™ #70122210000123018015 First-Class Mail® Delivered January 09, 2013, 10:54 am, WASHINGTON, DC 20543 Certified Mail™.
I am TRANSMITTING again CERTIFIED FIRST CLASS US MAIL, the letter dated Friday, January 04, 2013 and a copy of the US MAIL CERTIFICATION of its delivery!!!

[1] Ms. Johnson's letter of this date, while acknowledging its existence and her receipt of it did not take into account the clearly reckonable - questions, jurisdictional statement, "MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS" "IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES" and notarized revised petition sent in response to Ms. Elliot's September 21, 2012 dated letter.
