Hillary Clinton's asserted E-MAIL issues are another[1] attempt by GOP to play on their constituents' stupidity. Their subliminal assumption is anybody that uses e-mail is showing-off, lazy, or trying to hide something; otherwise they would have sent a letter.
And that is just not the case!!!!!!!!!
There is no smoking gun. The FBI is investigating not because there is any credibility to the claims, but because congress would put up a stink if they did not.

Since GWBush was too stupid to use e-mail a similar investigation would be to search every trash can he ever walked by while president for any incriminating top-secret information he may have on PURPOSE or inadvertently thrown away!!! Will our justice system ever acknowledge their "raison d'être" "to establish Justice" and put aside the greater glory of the Black Robed Royalist Guild of Judges assertion of nobility? Will there ever be an end?????
The FEAR MONGERS want to sell their self-serving ABSOLUTE POWER. They assert that We the People's Justice System, the prosecutors, the police and "the judges should be at liberty to exercise their functions with independence, and without fear of consequences."[81] The sophistry of the Guild of Judges interprets this as a power to "do not only what their powers do not authorize, but what they forbid"[82] i.e., the "deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America."[83] And if We the People ever deny them their "absolute immunity" we will live in the constant FEAR of ANARCHY… the overwhelming and unavoidability of "vexatious"[84] or "calumnious"[85] actions. "Vexatious" or "calumnious" actions are normal and avoidable; they could easily be confirmed or denied on appeal.
Do not give into the FEAR!!! Neither shoe bombers or underwear bombers nor would be stadium bombers can defeat us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
