dream location (The Plaza Hotel) into numerous multi-million-dollar "spoiled
rich kid"[2]
funded BANKRUPT tax frauds. [3]
Trump could not lead a complex organization out of a
proverbial wet-paper-bag!!! Trump’s
NUMEROUS multi-million-dollar "spoiled rich kid" funded failed
bankrupt frauds proves his undisputable managerial / leadership INCOMPETENCE.[4] And it is too late to teach an "old dog" a new trick; especially an egotistical dog.

Trump’s (father’s) real-estate empire at current market value, it would easily
out-shine Trump’s current net assets after bankruptcies, judgements and fines. Trump has never made money, he has made a
