Who won Bin Laden
or
America

Osama bin Laden killed 3,000 Americans on 9/11.  Osama bin Laden got us to sacrifice 4,770 Military fatalities in Iraq and 2,442 Military fatalities in Afghanistan (7,212 total Military fatalities combined).  Estimates are unreliable but it seems Osama bin Laden got maybe 77,000 civilian Iraqis killed.  There is no easy total but lets guesstimate Osama bin Laden got maybe 25,000 civilian Afghans killed.  Osama bin Laden has us going into debt to China and ourselves to the tune of  $2,000,000,000,000 (14% of our GDP).  We have created two, Afghanistan and Iraq, ill-conceived offspring that will REQUIRE our support for how long, 10 years? 20 years? 100 years?
What have we done?  We killed Saddam Hussein and now Osama bin Laden.  We forced Osama bin Laden to buy a new house in Pakistan, $1,500,000. +/-.  Lets push it and guesstimate that we killed maybe 10,000 al Qaeda operatives; I have to doubt there ever were 10,000 al Qaeda operatives.  Lets push it again and guesstimate that we killed maybe 10,000 Taliban operatives.
As I see it Osama bin Laden cost us $2,000,000,000,000 and 112,212 casualties.  The United States of America cost Osama bin Laden $1,500,000 and maybe 20,002 casualties.
Osama bin Laden has us, to this day,[1] and for the foreseeable future living in fear of shoe bombers, underwear bombers, Times Square bombers, FedEx shipments and box cutters.  We come to the airport 2-4 hours early to deal with the VERY EXPENSIVE searches, scanners, x-rays and invasive intimidating frisking.
Osama bin Laden has us, to this day, forced into believing that the Patriot Act is necessary.  Osama bin Laden has made us distrust EACH other to the extent that we MISTAKENLY believe we can no longer afford any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America[2]
The United States of America LOST and we are still LOSING!
Osama bin Laden was and al Qaeda and the Taliban are annoying pests.  The United States of America pulled out the BIG artillery to kill a fly.  We ended up OVER SPENDING, killing way TOOOOO many people and still we are afraid to fly, afraid to go into our public buildings and afraid of our pre 9/11 lifestyle.
Why? Because George Bush wanted to make political
CAPITOL out of OUR Terror.
I was in the air on a flight about to land at Baltimore Washington International on Tuesday September 11, 2001, 30 minutes before they hit the pentagon and 30 miles away from it.  They turned us around and put us down in Louisville, Kentucky.
I flew again on Thursday September 13, 2001 and on Saturday September 15, 200.  As I was going through security on Thursday September 13, 2001 they rooted out a small pair of nail clippers virtually buried in my toiletry items.  They said I could either give it up or they would have to break off the nail file as a security measure.  That WAS insanity.  Of course I let them break off the nail file.
I was flying 2-3 times a week in the worst of the post 9/11 scare up until March of 2002.  I am not a violent person, but when you are FORCED to stand in lines for seemingly hours on end without any movement, you start to plot.  How could I get around this?  Now I had some rudimentary knowledge of Air Ports.  I am in construction and I have worked, behind the scenes on several Airport projects.  If I would have wanted to, if I had been a terrorist then or was a terrorist now I could get around security with little or no problem.  Airport Security is just a Public Relations effort to appease the unaware wit exaggerated Terrorist Fears.
Osama bin Laden exploited a security weakness on our commercial airlines.  The Security weakness had been enumerated and addressed by EL AL Israel Airlines years before Osama bin Laden exploited it.  The fix was a secure bullet proof cockpit door, maybe $10,000 per plane.  The majority of major airlines pre 9/11 thought it too expensive and unnecessary.  After 9/11 and the lost of 4 major airliners, guesstimate maybe a $500,000,000 loss, it became not only feasible, but imperative.
What caused 9/11 not the pest, not Osama bin Laden, the cause of 9/11 was American Greed in the face of reasonable security measure in the modern world.  The fear of Box cutters and small knifes is totally unfounded.  If a terrorist wanted or needed to get a knife on a plane, they make PENknives.  Knives that for all intents and purposes look like and operate as a pen.   No x-ray, metal detector our body cavity search could tell the difference.
There is only one way to win the War on Terror.  Our politicians will never leads us to victory in the War on Terror.  Terror is too big of a political weapon to use to manipulate the masses.
Al Qaeda has got us right where they want us.  We are running scared.  They can scare us with illusion alone.  The Shoe Bomber, now maybe his shoes would have gone of, if he could have actually ignited them.  But if he had it would have inflamed the civilized world and led to more pressure on Al Qaeda.  The underwear bomber, the FedEx/printer cartridge bomb, the Times Square bomber, they were all designed to TERRORIZE us, none of them were designed to actually kill anyone.
There is only one way to win the War on Terror.  And anybody that grew up on an American Play ground knows how.  There will always be bullies out there.  There will always be cheap shot artist out there.  What you have to do is learn to take reasonable precautions and REFUSE to be AFRAID.

I repeat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If we want to win the War on Terror?
We have to REFUSE to be afraid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Right of Petition is the right to substantive justice between government and governed.  We do not have any individually enforceable rights in this country, "Everybody, BUT the innocent victim, has "ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY"" for the deprivation of “any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America[3] e.g., To Kill a Mocking Bird, The Denial of Due Process, The Exclusionary Rule, Grounds for Impeachment, Jeep v Obama, Jeep v United States of America 10-1947, Jeep v Jones “The most humble Petition for a Wirt of Certiorari to the Supreme Court 07-11115.”

[1] This is an article I read from Boeing: "Every day more than four million people fly on commercial airlines worldwide. Each year, 1.7 billion people on 25 million flights."

The cost of bin Laden: $3 trillion over 15 years
