07-2614 and 08-1823 were an attempt to keep the issues separate though the criminals had never made the same attempt. 07-2614 and 08-1823 were both presened tot he Supreme Curt for a petitions for writ of certiorari. they were docketed as 07-11115 in ths Supreme Court. 09-2848 was presented from jail, for the illegal 411 in federal custody, while I was cleared as sane to stand trial before they decided not to prosecute. 10-1947 was presented as a Bivens issue, I presented it to the Supreme Court as a petition for a writ of certiorari, but the court never docketed it. 11-2425 was presented as a common law issue, in the Lord Coke's Foyd and Barker (16070 opposed IMMUNITY. 11-2425 was docketed at the Supreme Court as 11-8211. 12-2435 David Jeep v. Government of the United States is currently pending before the Supreme Court as an un-docketed petition for a writ of Certiorari.
