Laissez-faire v. Communism
Authoritarianism v. Democracy
The flaw in American Justice

Social Engineering was not the reason for the decline of the Communist.  The real issue with the decline of the Communist Empire was not a result of a failed economic theory, Laissez-faire v. Communism, but a failed political process.  The failure of the Communists in the USSR was in their authoritarian approach.  Neither Mao Zedong nor Lenin’s vanguard party of professional revolutionaries ever followed the Communist Manifesto.  Their failure had very little to do with Karl Marx’s Communism.

America likes to think jingoistically that our economic system is what won the COLD WAR.  And we are WRONG.  Karl Marx (1818 – 1883) Communist Manifesto (1848) won the Laissez-faire v. Social Engineering war of attrition with the advent of Lincoln’s (1809 – April 15, 1865) Greenbacks (1861 - 1862) during the Civil War (1861–1865) to Socially Engineer the end of slavery.

The crowning achievement to date for Karl Marx’s class conscious economic predictions was Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s New Deal after the Great Depression.  Roosevelt did not use guns to over throw Laissez-faire capitalism as predicted by Marx.  Roosevelt used Mayer Amschel Rothschild’s (1744 – 1812) non-violent weapon of choice, “Give me control of a nation’s money supply and I care not who makes its laws.”  That’s what Lincoln used to finance the Civil War and END slavery, that’s what Roosevelt did to defeat the remnants of Laissez-faire capitalism gone wild and Socially Engineer us out of the depression.  The New Deal was icing on Karl Marx’s cake.

There are those among us that like to say we are a Laissez-faire unregulated economy and that is JUST PLAIN WRONG.  We have not been a Laissez-faire unregulated economy since the civil war.

The United States of America outlasted Leninism, Stalinism and Maoism not because it refrained from Social Engineering / economic regulation.  The United States of America outlasted, to date, its major economic opponents because unlike the competition it sought to minimize regulation rather than maximize regulation.  The United States of America outlasted Leninism, Stalinism and Maoism with Democracy over Authoritarianism, not because it refrained from Social Engineering / economic regulation.  If we had not had the economic regulation of Teddy Roosevelt’s (1858–1919) trust busting, the economic regulation of Eugene Victor Debs’ (1855–1926) Unionism and the socialism economic regulation of Franklin Delano Roosevelt with the New Deal , first and second.  We would very likely be two countries and both in the gutter right now.

Without Greenbacks, without Trust Busting, without Unionism, without the New Deal’s ECONOMIC REGULATION we would likely be a divided nation struggling with depressions fomented by the gold standard’s unavoidable accumulation of wealth in the hands of a very few.

Why is this such a big issue now?  We need ECONOMIC HEALTH CARE regulation and the fear mongers in this country are selling ECONOMIC HEALTH CARE regulation as another word for Communism.

Nothing could be further from the truth, the Communism of Stalin, of Lenin and of Mao is gone forever.  The Communism of Stalin, of Lenin and of Mao was and all inclusive authoritarian political system that could not tolerate free-speech much less personal liberty.

The Banking crisis of 2008, that instigated most of the current economic issues, was the result of UNREGULATED free-enterprise, a failure of capitalism.  There was an over inflated economic unregulated REAL-ESTATE bubble that ultimately burst.  We have since that crisis reinstituted NEW Banking regulation.  Hopefully we have learned from the mistakes of the past, mistakes from the over regulation of 1970s and mistakes from the over de-regulation of the 1990s.

The current health care crisis does not fit the Laissez-faire free-enterprise model.  The supply and demand for UN-REGULATED health care do not fit capitalism’s models.  Supply will never satiate the demand of the dying person.  And we are all going to DIE.  There is no way to, for the foreseeable future, avoid death.  Nobody wants to die.  Unless we learn to regulate our appetite for end of life Health Care via economic health care regulation, i.e., price controls, we will never control the cost of health care.  “The average 56-year-old couple pays about $140,000 into the Medicare system over a lifetime and receives about $430,000 in benefits back.”[1] Health care will continue to consume more and more of GDP.  Healthcare was at 16% of GDP in 2007 we are projected, by the Congressional Budget Office, to be at 50% by 2082 if left unregulated.

This is not about communism, not about socialism, not about capitalism this is about real life in the modern world where health care expense if left unregulated will consume, literally be eating our lunch in 50 years, our GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT and NOT extend the quality of life appreciably.  Vouchercare Is Not a fix.  Vouchercare pushes the problem aside for now.  But in 50 years without social engineering and economic regulation, HEALTH CARE will be ALL we can afford.

Impeach the Supreme Court FIVE[2]
for condoning the denial of a Constitutionally secured and congressionally un-abridge-able right to justice and
"fraud upon the court."

Impeach the Supreme Court FIVE for verifiable NOT "good Behaviour,[3]" denying the establishment of justice and abridging a Constitutionally secured and congressionally un-abridge-able right, with their deprivation of substantive justice between the government and the people, CONNICK, DISTRICT ATTORNEY, ET AL. v. THOMPSON (3/29/11) and "fraud upon the court" with Ashcroft v. al-Kidd No. 10–98!!!
The Right of Petition is the right to substantive justice between the government and the people.  We do not have any individually enforceable rights in this country, "Everybody, BUT the innocent victim, has "ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY"" for the deprivation of “any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America[4] e.g., To Kill a Mocking Bird, The Denial of Due Process, The Exclusionary Rule, Grounds for Impeachment, Jeep v Obama, Jeep v United States of America 10-1947, Jeep v Jones “The most humble Petition for a Wirt of Certiorari to the Supreme Court 07-11115.”
