Natural evolution, as confirmed many times by Darwin and others, is UNAVOIDABLY dependent on DIVERSITY.  We need to be looking around at all the DIVERSE possibilities for future IMPROVEMENT!  DIVERSITY is a good thing!  "We the People" will always have a need for continued DIVERSITY for improvement!

 

DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, a framework promoting fair treatment and full participation for all people, especially marginalized groups, by valuing different backgrounds (Diversity), ensuring fair access/opportunities (Equity), and fostering a sense of belonging (Inclusion) where everyone feels respected and can contribute fully

 

There are TWO equally important ways to DIVERSITY.  One, maintain and support DIVERSITY internally and two import DIVERSITY via immigration from outside. 

 

Why is it that We the People imprison United States citizens GENERICALLY at FOUR TIMES the rate for the developed world?

 

United States without regard to race imprisons (USA) 541/100K[1] that is 220 out 224 developed Countries.  Within that the United States imprisons Whites 181/100K and Blacks 901/100K[2]. 

 

I can say as a 70yr old white man - STILL FIGHTING 22 yr VICTIM - in the Jane Crow era - we have no enforceable constitutional rights in the United States today as a RESULT of the Jim Crow era!!!
