To all the talking-head litigators[1] out there, the country does not need another slick ambulance chasing or even a voting-rights-chasing law firm.  Voting rights, while essential, are next to NOTHING against the entrenched despotism of an appointed for life oligarchy!

Thomas Jefferson in 1820 confirmed the proverbial caveperson's issue, the founding father's issue and our issue TODAY with the dictates of any unrepresentative DESPOTIC dictatorial oligarchy:

"(Y)you seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men, and not more so.  They have, with others, the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps.... Their power [is] the more dangerous as they are in office for life, and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. If you truly want to be RELEVANT take on the last clause of the First Amendment with the unfettered 7^th Amendment:

"Congress shall make no law respecting: the right of the people....  to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." 

In today's "Trumpian" world, we need 1^st and 7^th Amendment Judge-chasing, Police-chasing, President/executive-chasing lawyers.  We need local juries to decide the issues not detached ivory-tower, want-to-be unconstitutional Supreme[3] judges.

The King's protection of "sovereign immunity" is, was and had been "a BIG thing" in the revolutionary era.  The FOUNDERS wanted to preclude its use in the future of their new United States. 

Yet with the use of unrepresentative, undemocratic judge-made-law's ubiquitous[4] grant of "absolute immunity" it has grown beyond anything the Founder's had feared about the King's sovereign immunity.

It took two men and boy to get Ida B. Wells off the train!  Ida B. Wells got a judgement of $500 (~$17,498 in 2024) of her local peers in 1884.  That was 71 years before Rosa Parks staged, for the camera's refusal to give up her seat. 

Judge-made-law unconstitutionally shot them both down!!  And since then, We the People have lived with the entrenched racial discrimination on "Jim Crow" leading into "Jane Crow" unconstitutionally over John Marshal Harland's dissent in Plessy.

I fully support James Comey, Letitia James, John Bolton, Myself,[5] others to come, and Donald Trump in our pursuit of 1^st and 7^th Amendment Constitutional Justice.

James Comey, Letitia James, John Bolton, Myself,^[6] and others to come - all have viable rights to defend against sovereignty of the King's "absolute immunity. 

I support Donald Trump's[7] right to 1^st and 7^th Amendment Constitutional Justice, because to do so, he has to relinquish his unconstitutional use of "absolute immunity" admit Jack Smith's detailed prosecution into evidence and then disprove it with OVERWHELMING evidence to a civil jury's "preponderance of the evidence" majority (9 of 12) and not a criminal jury's "beyond a shadow of a doubt" (12 of 12).  

I predict Trump and his sycophantic lawyers will be revealed, as the corrupt and incompetent pretenders they ARE!

Trump Wants to Give Himself a Payoff For ALLEGED False Prosecution

Trump wants a payoff for his make-believe false prosecution.  There could not be a bigger fool than Trump!  Trump has NO case for malicious prosecution.

Trump is trying to preempt Comey, James, Bolton, Myself and others VALID claims of false prosecution!

Comey, James, Bolton, Myself and others have EVIDENCE!!!

Trump is clearly the STUPIDEST man in the country, with sycophant attorneys.

Let Trump sue for FALSE PROSECUTION in a 7^th Amendment court of law.  By suing he is asking to submit to the prosecution, his deep state gave him a pass on to get him elected. 

Trump clearly thinks this is just another BOGUS claim, he can make some press with. 

Trump will soon find out; he will need to submit to Jack Smith's January 6^th and the Florida document case unrestricted prosecution.  He by suing is asking for it,   WITHOUT the BENEFIT of immunity.  In a civil suit he has to prove his case of malicious or false prosecution.  All the state has to do is reasonable probable cause with just majority of the jury, nothing like the UNAMIOUS jury in a criminal trial.

Trump's deep state on the supreme Court will not be able to do a thing for him!  He is asking for this prosecution!

He needs to DEFEND himself against the charges that the UNCONSTITUTIONAL judge-made-law gave him absolute immunity for 23-939 Trump v. United States 07/01/2024.

How can anyone have absolute immunity from the constitution?  Why would anybody, much less the founding fathers, have wrote a supreme law of the land and then give a would-be King ABSOLUTE immunity from it and the laws legally enacted by it

I have been at this for 20 years.  I spent 411 days in jail.  My life was DESTROYED by a "fraud on the court by an officer of the court," i.e., a FALSE PROSECUTION.  I have had the evidence of false prosecution for 20 ears.  I have been through the Federal District, Federal Circuit, and then to the supreme[1] Court EIGHT times, i.e., DGJeep v. Supreme Court of the United States Petitions for Writ of Certiorari 07-11115, 11-8211, 13-7030, 13-5193, 14-5551, 14-10088, 15-8884 and 18-5856.[1]

Trump wants to make a fool out of valid claims like mine, Comey, James, Bolton and potentially others! 

The level of corruption is beyond the imagination of anyone that believes in the RUE OF LAW.

Trump is DESTROYING the White House without any architectural, structural, judicial, much less GSA review / approval, like he is destroying the Federal Government on the whim of a spoiled rich kid!!
