Trump claims emergency power for everything... drugs, 50 year trade imbalance, violent immigrants to name just a few. .
M.A.G.A. loves emergencies because the unchecked EMOTIONALISM is easy to sell and buy into. Trump's fraudulent claims are never questioned for credibility or even SANITY.
Our Forefathers saw this coming. The Founders gave us "speedy trials" and "local juries" to domestically check this issue.
Today we have the un-constitutional judge-made-law of endless delay, delay, DELAY backed up by absolute immunity for all government actors that defeats our constitutional remedy of speedy trials and local juries.
- Drug abuse is and always will be a personal responsibility ISSUE! To try and let abusers off the hook, dubiously claiming foreign exporters are responsible, is unhealthy, unconstitutional and non-productive.
- Tariffs are a tax, disproportionately on working class consumers.
- Trade imbalance is and always will be the result of our high standard of living. We cannot manufacture labor intensive shoes, apparel, electronics and tchotchke domestically as cheap as third world producers with a lower standard of living. And no, we cannot make up the difference in agriculture, high priced weapons, fashion design, software, or autos.
- Undocumented Immigrations are misdemeanor criminal or civil violations. To claim they required masked heavily armed unwarranted tactical enforcement is without constitutional authority! It could as easily be made for gun owners and 2nd Amendment advocates.
We need our Article II Judiciary to provide us the FIXES, "speedy trials" and local juries that our founders provided as remedy!!!
