Dear Ms. Heidrick,
I write to you and your questionable superior to let you Ms. Heidrick off the hook while at the same time holding your questionable superior to task by going on the record here and on the world wild web at a bare minimum -- again. "Justice delayed is Justice denied." I am peacefully creating a RECORD which you can try to ignore, but HISTORY will never allow you to DENY. I will send this U.S. Mail to you and Jr. and email this to others. I am impoverished by the Medicaid M.A.G.A. forces in Missouri. Please distribute this as WIDELY as possible. I cannot afford to send it US Certified or First Class to all the of the "cc:".
I am writing it in TWO parts the "The Political Argument" and "We The People's Constitutional Argument."
"The Political Argument"
What is the controlling difference between DGJeep, GPFloyd, GASantos, U.S. Citizens, and DJTrump?
DGJeep
An "ordinary upper middle class white guy" David G. Jeep[4], in the Jane Crow Era, who had never been convicted or accused of crime beyond a traffic ticket. DGJeep was guilty one thing -- of being a man in divorce action in the Jane Crow Era.
DGJeep had his liberty rights, his paternity rights, his property rights, unconstitutionally deprived on November 3. 2003, 7:55pm CT. For 21 years, 5 months, 12 days, 11 hours and 22 minutes, give or take, he has been fighting for Justice thru the state courts, the Article III Federal District and Circuit Court and EIGHT[5] times at the Supreme Court for the United States.
DGJeep as a man was disfavored by the system. DGJeep never had his constitutionally prerequisite due process rights or 1st, 7th Amendment REMEDIAL rights to Justice. DGJeep is still disliked by the system.

GPFloyd
George Perry Floyd Jr. was disliked by the system. The remnants of the despotic judge-made-law that unconstitutionally overturned Ida B. Wells's jury award in 1788 still lingers. GPFloyd was a United States citizen of African descent, in the on-going Jim Crow era, disfavored by the system from birth. GPFloyd was murdered by a white police officer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, during an arrest[6] May 25, 2020.
GPFLoyd never had his 1st, 7th Amendment remedial rights to Justice prior to this final act of hate. He never had any enforceable rights until after he was killed.
His death gave him rights posthumously. Not that his rights were of ANY value to him then.

GASantos
GASantos was disliked by the system. GASantos, on the surface, as a former New York U.S. Congressman had his rights, in advance of being charge, during his trial and now post his conviction? The system WORKED, if anything it worked too punitively, in a timely and efficient manner.
Former New York U.S. Congressman George A. Santos gets 7 years and $600K (in excess of his total net worth) in fines for defrauding the People of New York. For show - on the surface only - GASantos had his rights.
GASantos may yet receive some of his essential rights after the fact. Prior to his politically exaggerated reveal, BOTH political parties were throwing money at GASantos. The "X party" was supporting him, as a young, appealing Latino running for a long held seat of the "Y party" opposition. The parties were fighting over the "seat" without regard to the candidate.
Yes, GASantos was guilty of fraudulently reaching for a "golden ring" being dangled in front of him by others. But the mutli-million-dollar scope of the fraud was by others. Yes, GASantos embellished his resume. Embellishing a resume does not warrant, 7 years and a $600K (in excess of his total net worth) in fines. But the multi-million dollar feeding frenzy around him wanted a scape goat.
GASantos has yet, never had his 1st, 7th Amendment remedial rights to Justice.

DJTrump
Former New York. Developer, President Donald J. Trump, arguably, has 70+ years of a multi-million-dollar tax fraud, massive multi-billion-dollar financial fraud, multi-million-dollar fraudulent family foundation, multi-million-dollar fraudulent University, 6 multi-million-dollar bankruptcies(?), Russian Collusion, Ukrainian extortion, raped several women, and etc. He WALKS.
DJTrump never needed any constitutional rights. DJTrump had the judge-made-law to litigate endlessly before being charged, delay prosecution with endless litigation of legal minutia before trial and then settle his legal issue with judicially sanctioned civil payoffs to his victims prior to prosecution for his criminal fraud and bankruptcy fraud.
Trump's prosecution for the January 6th riot and the Document's Case are the MOST recent examples of judicially assisted unending litigation of judge-made-law backing DJTrump and other rich-kids.
Who believes DJTrump, in private, brags about beating the system, as supported by the unending litigation of judge-made-law and funded by his inheritance alone? DJTrump is still a spoiled-child that has never had to deal with REAL-LIFE. DJTrump is soooooo in need of a symbolic and proverbial "bitch-slap." DJTrump is a "bubble-boy" that has never had any real-life experiences to inform him. DJTrump has repeatedly humiliated the courts with his virtually unlimited resources funding his strategy to delay, DELAY, DELAY in spite of the State's and a petitioner's "right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury."[7]

U.S. Citizens
The United States's Citizens are incarcerated at 4 times the rate of the rest of the developed world. And there is nothing an innocent U.S. Citizens, victim, can do to defend themselves with the judge-made-law of impregnable absolute immunity of judicial, prosecutorial and law enforcement(?).
The typical United States's Citizen has no rights in the face of an absolutely immune judiciary that can do anything they want. A prosecutor that can knowingly prosecute falsehoods because they are absolutely immune for any and all prosecution. Law enforcement (police) cannot be held liable for their false testimony because they have qualified absolute immunity for anything they present to a jury.
Four of the five of the above issues RESULT from the same problem. The BIGGEST problem in the United States today - RIGHTS have absolutely no value and can be ignored at whim to terrorize citizens with arbitrary and erratic enforcement.
U.S. Citizens have never had their 1st, 7th Amendment rights to Justice post 1871.

"We The People's Constitutional Argument."
The Founding Fathers thought they had limited their constitutional government with their seven articles in an attempt to "establish Justice" and as ratified by "We the People" in 1788. In Article III, as written, Judges have NO authority without the concurrence of a petit jury. Judge-made-law and stare decisis were never conceived of much less authorized. Yes, the Founding Fathers had failed to address the original sin of slavery and had placated the evil of slavery with an unrepresentative senate and unrepresentative electoral college. Today 160 years after removing the original sin of slavery that motivated the appeasement of evil i.e., the unrepresentative senate, unrepresentative electoral college and the states' rights defeated by the Civil War are still thought to prevail over the UNION.
Overlooking the evil specifics of slavery and its appeasement, they tried to add their oversight with the Bill of Rights.
But to this day, DGJeep, GPFloyd, GASantos or any USCitizen, still do not have access to the Bill of Rights to remedially "establish Justice." Specifically for this issue they do not have access to the 1st and 7th Amendments to remedially "establish Justice."
Now post Civil War the winners tried to eliminate the injustice of the prior MIS-interpretation of the constitution's liberality with the XIII, XIV and XV Amendments and their enforcement acts now codified as Civil 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and Criminal 18, U.S.C, § 242.
The 1st Amendment clearly states "Congress shall make no law… abridging… the right…. to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
The 7th Amendment clearly states: "In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Given the 1st and 7th Amendments there is no way Ida B. Wells's suit[8] should have EVER been overturned by a NON-existent judge-made-law.
There were hundreds, thousands, millions of 1st and 7th Amendment suits from Jim Crow, before my now Jane Crow suit that were unconstitutionally denied by judge-made-law. That is before you even consider the Judicial corruptions as regards the EXPLICIT constitutional rights afforded by the enforcement acts now codified as Civil 42 U.S.C. § 1983 & 1985 and Criminal 18, U.S.C, § 241 & 242 where conspiracies and judges were OPENLY enumerated in 1871:
Mr. Rainey of South Carolina noted in the Congressional Record of 1871 "[T]he courts are in many instances under the control of those who are wholly inimical to the impartial administration of law and equity. Congressman Beatty of Ohio claimed that it was the duty of Congress to listen to the appeals of those who, by reason of popular sentiment or secret organizations or prejudiced juries or bribed judges, [cannot] obtain the rights and privileges due an American citizen. . . ."[9]
Months after the above congressional debate 1871 the judges on the supreme court made the judge-made-law of judicial absolutely immunity with stare decisis attached for all time with Bradley v. Fisher, 80 U.S. 335 (1871).
The issue in Bradely revolved around a lawyer for one of Abraham Lincoln's accused assassin's complaint against the judge. I mean(?) anybody adjudicating or prosecuting Abrahm Lincoln's assassin was entitled to carte blanche I.e., absolute immunity at minimum in 1871. Ya think?.
The fact that the despotic oligarchy[10] has exaggerated the carte blanche of Abrham Lincoln's assignation to now include "absolute immunity" for legislators[11], prosecutors[12], law enforcement officers,[13] and Presidents[14] defeats the entire concept of constitutional rule of law to protect We the People.
This is not just DGJeep saying this. Thomas Jefferson said it first and best in 1820:
"You seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men, and not more so. They have, with others, the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps.... Their power [is] the more dangerous as they are in office for life, and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots."(Thomas Jefferson 9/28/1820, in writing to Mr. JARVIS, from Monticello - bolding/underlining added)
"I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society, but the people themselves (think juries): and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their controul with a wholsome discretion, the remedy is, not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. this is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power.( Thomas Jefferson to William Charles Jarvis, 28 September 1820 )"
Do your job of DISCERNMENT on each individual case and stop any and all attempts at any unconstitutional absolute and FOR ALL TIME judge-made-law. Judge-made-law is not a THING!!!! Article III was intended to use enlightened JUDGEMENT / DISCERNMENT on individual cases. Article III has no authority for judge-made-law to stand for ever and ever, stare decisis.
For example, a president needs broad authority in emergency situations. But discernment demands that a megalomaniac in the Presidency has no authority to assert or foment emergencies without any free-standing supporting CONTEXT e.g.,
1. The United States is not at war with fellow Americans i.e., Venezuela, Canada, and Mexico.
2. Fentanyl in the United States today is an extreme CONSUMPTION issue, not a trade issue.
3. The Commander and Chief of the armed forces does have broad authority, but that authority is limited by an actual threat to domestic security. The Commander and Chief has NO AUTHORITY to seize non-threatening assertedly strategic assets i.e., Panama Canal, Greenland, Canada or Mexico to satiate a personal (Putin-like) territorial avarice.
In the immortal words of Bill Belichick, "Do your Job." The Article III supreme Court has no authority outside an instant case before it. On the other hand, the Article III supreme Court does have supreme control of the instant case before it. The Founding Fathers were discerning, learned law makers. The Founding fathers were VERY smart, they posit an Article III supreme Court, they did not posit an Article III Supreme Court. The capitalization is CRITICAL. The adjective "supreme" is descriptive within context and not meant to be controlling outside of the context.
Today the "Unitary Executive Theory" with the fallacy of absolute immunity attached via the fallacy of the judge-made-law of Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. is making people disappear and TAXING without representation (tariffs), recourse or consent of We the People. We the People have a constitutional right to a 6th Amendment speedy trial to discern the instant case via our Courts. Judge-made-law outside an instant case has NEVER existed and NEVER WILL!!! Remove the herculean burden from your own backs! Be assured you can rule against DJTrump and for DGJeep without making the judge-made-law mirage you are so afraid of BUT HAS NEVER EXISTED!!!! Remove the herculean burden from your own backs!
This is an instant constitutional EMERGENCY as regards DJTrump
and
an ongoing 20+ year life-threatening crisis regarding DGJeep and others!
