To hear the Supreme Court's precedent /judge-made-law tell us, "We the People" sub silentio traded the "King can do no WRONG" for the ABSOLUTELY IMMUNE actions of the "malicious or corrupt" legislators, law enforcement, prosecutors, judges and now presidents.[1]
Everybody has to be subject to "due process of law" and thus the judgment of their local peers. No one can be immune or above the Constitution.
I have been saying this for 20 year! I was held in jail for 411 days before they had to release me for failure to prosecute. I was impoverished and homeless for 14 years.

☐ These cases present issues involving the liability of local police officers and judges under § 1 of the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 17 Stat. 13, now 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Petitioners" Pierson v. Ray, 386 U.S. 548 (1967)

LaHue, 460 U.S. 325 (1983) @ Page 460 U. S. 335.
[2] Article III of the Constitution for the United States posits "The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish (bolding added)." The Constitution for the United States posits one supreme Court among the many Courts, NOT a Supreme Court outside the many Courts. The grammar of the capitalization is important for and an acurate interpretation. The "judicial Power" in the Constitution for the United States is ABSOLUTELY constrained by the use of the jury as originally REQUIRED 1215 - Magna Carta's Clause 39 - "No free man is to be arrested, or imprisoned, or disseised, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any other way ruined, nor will we go against him or send against him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land."
