Dear Sir,

Not sure if you remember off the top of your head the above referenced case.  At the time I actually believed that the Article III portion of “We the People’s” constitution was actually put in place to “establish Justice.”

As it came down you asserted that I needed to get a Writ of Habeas Corpus to clear the issue, after having suffered the deprivation of rights illegally in the first place.  To me that sounds like putting the cart before the horse.  How can someone clear their name without due process rights to do it? 

Additionally if you remember the “DWI” in question had been used unconstitutionally and illegally as probable cause for an ex parte order of protection.[1] 

To make a long story short, for 11.52 years, 7.04 years of ongoing homelessness,[2] 5 trips to the Supreme Court of the United States[3] and 411 days in jail[4] I have still not been able to get justice from the malicious, corrupt, dishonest, “sincerely ignorant and conscientiously stupid”[5] Article III branch of our corrupted government. 

I ask you to consider the enclosed, documented false testimony by the prosecution in the original trial transcript[6] and as presented to the original Judicial Officer, Bruce Colyer, Associate Circuit Judge, of jurisdiction in a Habeas Corpus petition. 

If there is anything further I can do for you in this regard, please let me know.
