WE NEED TO FIX THE SUPREME
COURT ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!!!!!
President
Lincoln said it best - his first inaugural address (Monday, March
4, 1861) - in re: Dred Scott case (JUDGE-MADE-LAW), I want
to say it again with the expanded reasoning as regards incompetent, fascist, malicious, or corrupt judges and Trump:
"(T)the candid citizen must confess that if the policy of the
Government upon vital questions affecting the whole people is to be irrevocably
fixed by decisions of the Supreme Court (or any "absolutely immune"
Judicial officer i.e., "omnipotent moral busybodies"), the instant
they are made in ordinary litigation between parties in personal actions the
people will have ceased to be their own rulers, having to that extent
practically resigned their Government into the hands of that (NOT SO) eminent
tribunal."
This can be fixed per the CONSTITUTION Article III., Section. 2., § 2 “the supreme Court
shall have appellate Jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such
Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make.”
Congress needs to limit the jurisdiction of the Court to prohibit it
from making Judge Made Law. The Court
should have the jurisdiction to review individual cases as decided by the Court
and the Jury and not set broad precedent i.e., JUDGE MADE LAW!
Otherwise we APPARENTLY need a constitutional amendment to END the
judicial sanction of malice, corruption, dishonesty, sincere ignorance,
conscientious stupidity and Incompetence
