There is ONE and only one "crime and public safety" issue; the tooooo easy access to guns in the United States.  GUNS are THE "crime and public safety" issue!  And "NO" - it is not a constitutional issue, Guns are strictly and EXCLUSIVELY a "crime and public safety" issue!

Somebody says CRIME AND SAFETY in the United States today.  Sane people EVERYWHERE need to say GUNS, GUNS, GUNS. 

Do not even let them bring up a constitution THE "crime and public safety" issue today is GUNS, GUNS, GUNS.

The United States leads the develop world in violent crime BECAUSE of GUNS, GUNS, GUNS, GUNS, GUNS, GUNS, GUNS, GUNS, GUNS, GUNS.
