Redundancies in the Government DOJ, DEA, ATF, FBI, Secret Service (counterfeiting), Local and State

Talk about redundancies DOJ, DEA, ATF, FBI, Secret Service (counterfeiting), Local and State Law enforcement.

Now it is debatable in a free democratic society whether victimless crimes in light of the "harm principle" are even prosecutable.  But one thing is for sure with 5 times as many people in prison, more than Stalin and Mao had during their purges, more as a percentage of our population than any other developed country today we definitely do not need the inherent redundancy of 5 federal agencies backed up by State and local governments with the inherent independent overhead for each individual agency!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
