Dear People,

I am in receipt of your order dated 12-20-13 post marked 12-23-13.  I am making a pro se attempt[1] at an official refusal of consent based on the selected judge being a PRIOR and current listed respondent to the petition.  Please see page 2 of 20 Lines 20 and 21 of the filed complaint dated 12-12-13.

Again just to be clear, I do no concede to the assignment of a listed respondent to the petition to the matter Jeep v. Government of the United States, et al No. 4:13-cv-02490.
