We Use To Have An Article III Justice System?
Our Article III Justice System is and has been failing the U.S. We imprison ourselves at 4 times the rate pf the rest of the civilized world. And yes we imprison our Blacks at four times the rate of non-Blacks. Yes we have more guns, but that does not account for even one of the three orders of magnitude. And NO the streets of the rest of the civilized world are not four times as threatening and/or criminal.
You know what it is, it is our failing justice system. Our Article III Justice System long ago decided that justice and civil rights were incompatible. We had to give absolute immunity for the deprivation of rights, first to the Judges[1]. And the judges then handed it out to the prosecutors and police, first under the table but then above the table[2]. Till today in the United States EVERYBODY has at least qualified Immunity for the deprivation of Constitutional Rights. Everybody that is but the innocent victim of the deprivation of rights.
Here we are in August 2025. Everybody use to know that, "Shouting Fire" in a crowded theater was wrong. There is nothing political about it. It is just common sense WRONG! Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr, went further and said "The most stringent protection of (political) free speech would not protect a man in falsely shouting fire in a theatre and causing a panic."[3]
Yet we have a mad-man, an anarchist in the White House. Our failing Article III Justice system will not even allow us to ask or statutorily afforded right, "Where is the (fire) emergency?" The mad anarchist is shouting "We have an emergency in our economy!" "We have an emergency in our immigration system!" "We have an emergency in our Blue City Streets, but not our Red City Streets!"
Statutorily we are supposed to be given the declared "emergency." Emergencies, as assumed in statute law, are by definition apolitical, obvious and somehow imminently threatening. You can not assert an economic emergency in a booming economy, "The envy of the world. You can not assert an emergency with an immigration system that provides, millions of low wage NON-VIOLENT workers essential to our booming economy. You cannot assert crime is an out of control emergency exclusively in Blue cities with crimes rates dramatically lower historically than many Red cities – just because you do not want to release the Epstein files unredacted, except for the victims, as promised during the election and since the inauguration.

The Wall Street Journal said "From the end of 2020 through mid-2024, the economy under Biden showed robust real GDP growth, with one comparison noting a 3.2% annual rate compared to Trump's 1.8% pre-pandemic rate.
Of course, there was a Pandemic. The Start of COVID Pandemic was March 2020. Biden took office Wednesday, January 20, 2021, almost 11 months after the start of the pandemic. Trump/COVID/Biden Inflation peaked at 9% on Thursday, June 30, 2022, 28 months after the start of the Pandemic and only 17 months after Biden took office. And then inflation was down 3% by the time Biden left office in January of this year.
I would like to think we had an Article III Justice System where "We the People" could hold our Article III Justice System accountable for our Constitutional Civil Rights[4] as designed.
But MORE IMPORTANTLY and right now, we have a mad anarchist in the White House Shouting Fire, Fire, Fire!! I am just asking where is the FIRE? Fires are like emergencies, APOLITICAL and obvious and imminently threatening.
