The core accusation is that this network undermines the agenda of elected leaders, particularly Donald Trump, and acts against the will of the people."
Does that sound like unelected, appointed for life government officials, who make and enforce their opinions? The deepest, of the "deep state" today is a want-to-be Supreme[1] Court making judge-made-law in any or all cases without the free consent of all parties or a specific trial criminal[2] or civil[3] jury verdict.
The Constitution for the United States defines how to make a law in Article I & II. Show me where in the amended Constitution for the United States (7,500-8,500 words) "judge-made-law" is provided for or authorized?[4]
We the People need a "supreme Court" among the many "inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.[5]" We the People in our Constitution limit EVERY Court's authority with free consent of all parties or a Jury trial verdict, criminal[6] and civil[7].
We the People need learned men, just like Plato suggested as "Philosopher Kings" in The Republic 375 BC. We the People need Judges that have studied "the law" and "judicial precedent. We the People need the possibility of an appealable directed verdict. A directed verdict is a ruling by a trial judge in a jury trial that instructs the jury to return a specific verdict because one party has failed to present sufficient evidence to support its case, or the evidence overwhelmingly supports only one conclusion.
I mean if Donald Trump shot someone on 5th Avenue in M.A.G.A, land without probable cause, as witnessed by numerous sworn testimonies at trial. We need the appealable possibility of a judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) in civil cases, or a judgment of acquittal in criminal cases.
But any assertion of "absolute immunity before the fact or after the fact is antithetical to the raison d'etre for a constitution. As Trump's "deepest, of the "deep state's" enablers" have attempted with stare decisis attached.
"Judge-made-law," like its recent example the "unitary executive theory," are mere illusions of A judge's fantasy. Precedent from a prior case, can be presented as an opinion to consider, but not as a BINDING AUTHORITY from stare decisis. That kind of corruption got us 100+ years of racial discrimination with the Declaration of Independence's assertion "all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness", XII, XIV, XV Amendments and their INCLUDED "Enforcement Acts"
