Our Article III Justice department is missing in action. We the People set up the Article III judges to "establish Justice." But our Article III Justice department is missing in action.
Our Article III Judges are too worried about their SELF-AGGRANDIZING fiction of judge-made-law[2] with stare decisis[3] attached to look around the room to see there is NO emergency in any of Trump's power grabs and IEEPA in no way authorizes additional TAXES!!!!
Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr, said "The most stringent protection of (political) free speech would not protect a man in falsely shouting fire in a theatre and causing a panic."[4]
We have a mad man in the White House falsely shouting emergency in the economy, emergency in the Blue cites and emergency in our country's immigration system, "causing a panic"[5] in our country.
Everyone can see it but the mad man and our Article III Justice department.
There is no emergency. Trump proverbially claiming there is a fire in the theater, but there is NO FIRE. There is no EMERGENCY!!!
Trump is POWER hungry. Trump wants to make everything is an EMERGENCY that he is the only one to put it out.
Trump claims an emergency in an economy that was post Trump/COVID/Biden[6] inflation "The envy of the world.[7]"
Trump claims an emergency with non-violent undocumented immigrants that are essential to our economy. Trump asserts he needs a masked police force able to abduct anyone on the streets at will without a warrant or thought to due process of law as REQUIRED by the XIV Amendment.
Trump claims an emergency on the streets of Blue (Democratic) cites, we need to call out the National Guard. Yet there is no emergency in Red (M.A.G.A.) States even if they have more crime.
Trump Tariffs are a TAX. The Executive does not have, even the emergency IEEPA power to tax via executive action.
IEEPA (50 USC Ch. 35: International Emergency Economic Powers) statute does not authorize the Executive to use domestic taxes but especially so in a make believe emergency!!!!!
We the People need Article III judges that can disregard their fiction of judge-made-law[8] FOR-EVER.
We need the Article III justice system to JUST establish justice TODAY, without any fear of setting up judge-made-law[9] with stare decisis.[10]
And YES Trump was and is undeniably guilty for January 6th 2021 and the release of all the covnicts. Absolute Immunity is the WORST of Article III self-aggrandizing judge-made-law[11] and stare decisis[12] can never attach to an abomination.[13]

[1] "The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish." Article III, Section. 1 U.S. Constitution. That is a to say a supreme Court among the many inferior courts, NOT a Supreme Court over ALL.
