COVID was declared a pandemic March 2020. Biden came to office 10 months later Wednesday, January 20, 2021 - 12:00 AM. Trump-COVID-Biden Inflation peaked June 2022 @ 9%. COVID pandemic was declared over May 2023 38 months after it started.
Biden left office 58.68 month after COVID started.
There were 3 rounds of COVID Economic Impact Payments, 2 from Trump, 1 from Biden:
- Trump - Round 1, March 2020: $1,200 per income tax filer, $500 per child (CARES Act) @ .95 mo s.($401,511,524,000) 49.30%
- Trump lame duck - Round 2, December 2020: $600 per income tax filer, $600 per child (Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021) (@ 9.99 mos.) ($141,471,821,000) 17.37%

Trump and the Republicans blame all the cost and the inflation on the Democrats. 2/3rds of the cost was on Trump. 1/3rd of the cost was on Biden. Add to that all the ACTUAL dollars were pushed off into Biden's fiscal 2021-2024.
Nobody can be blamed for COVID, nobody should be blamed for the cost of COVID, AND THUS nobody should be blamed for the INFLATION from COVID.
Trump had 66.67% the cost of COVID. Biden 33.33% the cost of COVID.
