this point to disabuse the name-calling inherent in modern party names. I am just defining terms for the
argument going forward. I am not

If there is anything to be gleaned from the TODAY’S

And when you create
a FOR PROFIT health insurance to spread the cost. Insurance, as an industry, does not care how
much it costs. An insurance company’s
unseen interest is in handling more money not in the capture of fees. And the marketplace inflates until it
collapses from the suffocating GREED.
The United States is today gasping for its breath, struggling for
WELL-CARE-healthcare.
That brings us
today, where the United States’s un-civilized for-profit-healthcare has a lower
life expectancy and a higher infant mortality rate and pay$ THREE
times as much per capita for a few -- than the majority of the civilized
world that pays for universal-healthcare-for-all.

could be made that we traded an undemocratic unrepresentative government (king)
for a democratic representative government[4] (president, legislature, justice system). We had a Civil War, lost 600,000 lives to
reestablish our premises “all men are created equal” within our
Constitution. We added the 13th,
14th and 15th Amendments, we gave Congress the right and
responsibly to enforce them with the enforcement acts (now codified as Title Criminal 18, U.S.C, § 241 & 242,
and Title Civil 42 U.S.C. § 1983 & 1985.
What happened?
We the People never

369 (2024) from June 28, 2024. With the decision in Loper 5 unelected
appointed for life possibly despotic(?) partisans get to review anything and
everything they want with quick (shadow docket) review or the DELAYED and
DELAYED forever appeal through their State local court, State Appeals Court,
State Supreme Court, Federal District, Federal Circuit. Federal supreme
Court[14] process.
I spent 411 days in jail and appealed through the Federal District
Court, Federal Circuit Court and to the supreme Court eight times[15] in 21 years, with undisputed
evidence of their corruption in hand!!!

interests cornering the market at the expense of the more youthful working-class
poor’s broad-based NEED for well-care i.e., healthcare maintenance.
And when you create a FOR PROFIT health insurance to spread
the cost. Insurance, as an industry,
does not care how much it costs. An
insurance company’s unseen interest is in handling more money not in the capture
of fees. And the marketplace inflates
until it collapses from the suffocating GREED.
The United States is today gasping for its breath, struggling for
WELL-CARE-healthcare.
That brings us today, where the United States’s
un-civilized for-profit-healthcare has a lower life expectancy and a higher
infant mortality rate and pay$ THREE times as much per capita for a few
-- than the majority of the civilized world that pays for
universal-healthcare-for-all.
“The POLITICAL conversation” - At the founding
of the United States a case could be made that we traded an undemocratic
unrepresentative government (king) for a democratic representative government[4]
(president, legislature, justice system).
We had a Civil War, lost 600,000 lives to reestablish our premises “all
men are created equal” within our Constitution.
We added the 13th, 14th and 15th
Amendments, we gave Congress the right and responsibly to enforce them with the
enforcement acts (now codified as Title
Criminal 18, U.S.C, § 241 & 242, and Title Civil 42 U.S.C. § 1983
& 1985.
What happened?
We the People never saw the corruption of judge-made-law
coming….

We the People wrote and ratified
the Constitution for the United States as the supreme law of the land, to first
enumerate and then enforce our rights, privileges or immunities as secured by
the law.
Why would anybody even attempt to create a
constitution and then give anyone the unencumbered absolute immunity from it or
the subsequent laws it created?

2024. With the decision in Loper
5 unelected appointed for life possibly despotic(?) partisans get to review
anything and everything they want with quick (shadow docket) review or the
DELAYED and DELAYED forever appeal through their State local court, State
Appeals Court, State Supreme Court, Federal District, Federal Circuit. Federal
supreme Court[14]
process. I spent 411 days in jail and
appealed through the Federal District Court, Federal Circuit Court and to the
supreme Court eight times[15]
in 21 years, with undisputed evidence of their corruption in hand!!!
