There are TWO equally important ways to DIVERSITY. One, maintain and support DIVERSITY internally and two import DIVERSITY via immigration from outside.
Natural evolution, as confirmed many times by Darwin and others, is UNAVOIDABLY dependent on DIVERSITY. We need to be looking around at all the DIVERSE possibilities for future IMPROVEMENT! DIVERSITY is a good thing that "We the People" will always need for continued improvement!
DEI stands for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, a framework promoting fair treatment and full participation for all people, especially marginalized groups, by valuing different backgrounds (Diversity), ensuring fair access/opportunities (Equity), and fostering a sense of belonging (Inclusion) where everyone feels respected and can contribute fully

Why is it, that We the People imprison United States citizens GENERICALLY at FOUR TIMES the rate for the developed world?
United States without regard to race imprisons (USA) 541/100K[1] that is 220 out 224 developed Countries. Within that the United States imprisons Whites 181/100K and Blacks 901/100K[2].
I can say as a 70yr old white man, in the Jane Crow era, we have no enforceable constitutional rights in the United States today!!!
To listen to the supreme[3] Court's "judge-made-law," a.k.a. sophistry[4], tells us, "We the People" sub silentio[5] traded the "King can do no WRONG" for the ABSOLUTELY IMMUNE actions of the "malicious or corrupt" judges,[6] the "malicious or dishonest" prosecutor[7], the "knowingly false testimony by police officers"[8], the malicious, corrupt, dishonest, sincerely ignorant, conscientiously stupid actions of "all persons (spouses) -- governmental or otherwise -- who were integral parts of the judicial process,"[9] the actions of federal, state, local, and regional legislators[10] and now PRESIDENTS[11] acting under color of law to render absolute corruption of inalienable constitutional rights.
The Constitution for the United States - Article I, II, and Schoolhouse Rock's[12] "I'm Just a Bill[13]" clearly define how to make law. Show me where in the amended Constitution for the United States "judge-made-law" is called for or authorized[14]?
