RHETORICAL assertions
Trump needs to enlarge his vocabulary. The WAR on "Communism/Socialism,[1]" the "WAR on Poverty[2]," the "WAR on Drugs,[3]" and the "WAR on Terrorism[4]" are all examples of RHETORICAL assertions. Trump is like any addict, he needs the rush of the next fix i.e., the next headline.
"Rhetorical" is a "big word." I know Trump has trouble with "big words."
We cannot start "tariff / taxation wars" or "shooting wars" based on presidential miss understandings of rhetorical ASSERTIONS.
Congress needs to enlarge, the fraud and murderous Trump's vocabulary and educate him as to his "taxation/tariffs war" and "shooting war" powers."
Trump is a punk, a self-serving ignorant and anarchistic MURDER and a war criminal!
There is no statute of limitations on self-serving murder or "war crimes."

[1] How many failed regime changes will we attempt. Have we not learned our lesson in Korea. Bay of Pigs, Vietnam, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan or the GOOD LIFE in the Netherlands?
[2] One need only look at the Red States verse the Blue States to see the failure of the war on poverty.
[3] We have been attempting to EXPORT our "prohibition/drug" gangland violence to the American third world but domestic drug abuse continues to rise. The recent addition of oxycontin and fentanyl are the most recent failures. Now while Portugal has not eliminated drug abuse, they are managing it better and HAVE eliminated prohibition/drug violence 100%.
[4] Isreal's never-ending war on their "petro-fueled" Palestinian fellow countryman is the best example. But GWBush's United States wars in Iraq, Iran. and Afghanistan run a close second!
