Trump's post-facto, after that fact is trying to create a "line item veto" stopping already authorized funds, line by line. Article II is not allowed that prior, but it could never be allow it after the fact! Trump is losing the executive line item veto he never had and WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE! "Fake News Donny" is losing!!
Trump's unwarranted war against blue cities and blue states is failing! There is NO insurrection to fight! "Fake News Donny" is losing!!
